I'm not sure what happened with that first transfer, but there were a handful of digital errors in it. This one is digital error free, done with a standalone and tracked with a standalone. The guitar solo is split into two tracks because there was a tape change on the a and the person marking the tracks had to pause the machine to change the tapes, and on a standalone, a pause automatically creates a new track. I didn't feel like changing anything whatsoever about this transfer, other than that the original CDRs I got had another band's show tacked on the end of it from the same tape. I didn't include those tracks. So there might be a couple of second of silence or something, but it's not a digital error, it's just how it was transferred on the standalone and I'm not changing it. This is a verified 1st generation copy, and one of the best quality 1982 recordings. The only thing better than this copy would be the master tape, which we'll never hear because the taper died a few years ago. Therefore please THROW OUT every other copy of this, including my 2004 torrent. Please THROW OUT your tapes unless you have a different source. Sorry about the confusion to the trading pool, but this is now the standard for this show, and there shouldn't be any more confusion. Thanks to M.P. for transferring his 1st gen tape.
